Open position
IT Security Engineer & Evangelist (m/f/d) – Threat Modeling & Agentic AI Security
Hybrid: mostly remote within Germany, occasionally at our Bonn office.
You find attack paths in software, cloud and AI architectures with VamiThreat – and you make the topic visible: in webinars, talks, articles and conversations with prospects. The focus stays on the technical work.
Your responsibilities
- Run threat modeling workshops for software, cloud, OT and AI architectures (STRIDE, MAESTRO, MITRE ATT&CK and ATLAS)
- Analyse agentic AI systems (prompt injection, tool and MCP abuse, data exfiltration) and derive prioritised measures
- Product demos, proofs of concept and expert advice in first calls – as the technical counterpart alongside sales
- Create expert content for content marketing and social media: blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn posts and short demo videos
- Host webinars and give talks at conferences and events, and contribute to outreach campaigns
Your profile
- Several years of experience in security architecture, threat modeling or penetration testing
- In-depth knowledge of established threat modeling methods and hands-on experience with LLM applications or agent frameworks
- You enjoy explaining complex topics clearly – to clients, in webinars and on stage
- Excellent German (at least C1) and good English – confident presenting in both
- A plus: your own talks or publications and experience with articles, social media (e.g. LinkedIn) or pre-sales
