Senior GRC Consultant & Evangelist (m/f/d) – GRC Projects & Migration to VamiGRC
Hybrid: mostly remote within Germany, occasionally at our Bonn office.
You lead GRC projects for clients and guide migrations from existing GRC solutions to VamiGRC. Just as important: you make GRC and VamiGRC visible – through webinars, talks, articles, outreach and sales.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and deliver GRC consulting projects with VamiGRC and beyond: gap analyses, building integrated management systems (ISO 27001, ISO 42001), implementing NIS2, DORA, CRA and the EU AI Act, and supporting clients through audits
- Migrate existing GRC platforms as well as Excel and SharePoint solutions to VamiGRC: current-state assessment, framework and data mapping, and transfer of risks, controls, assets, suppliers, policies and evidence through to cutover
- Train and enable client teams, and feed insights from projects back to the product team
- Raise the visibility of GRC and VamiGRC: webinars, talks at conferences, events and trade fairs, articles, white papers and LinkedIn posts, plus helping shape marketing campaigns
- Drive sales and outreach: approach prospects and multipliers (e.g. via LinkedIn, industry associations and events), run initial meetings, product demos and workshops, qualify leads and contribute to proposals – in close coordination with the sales team
Your profile
- Many years of consulting experience in GRC, ISMS or IT compliance with responsibility for client projects (project lead), ideally in regulated industries, and in-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and at least two of NIS2, DORA, CRA, ISO 42001 or the EU AI Act
- Experience with GRC platforms and with transferring compliance data, e.g. from Excel or SharePoint solutions or existing GRC tools, and a structured approach to mapping and data quality
- You enjoy presenting, networking and selling – in front of clients, in webinars, on stage and at trade fairs – and are willing to travel occasionally to clients and events
- Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English – confident in both languages
- A plus: ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 Lead Auditor, CISA or CISM, your own professional network or an active LinkedIn presence, and experience in solution sales or pre-sales
