IT Security Engineer & Evangelist (m/f/d) – Reverse Engineering & Malware Analysis
Hybrid: mostly remote within Germany, occasionally at our Bonn office.
You analyse binaries, firmware and malware with VamiReverse – and you make the topic visible: in webinars, talks, articles and conversations with prospects. The focus stays on the technical work.
Your responsibilities
- Static and dynamic analysis of binaries, firmware and mobile apps with Ghidra, IDA, jadx and Frida
- Malware analysis with IOC extraction and YARA and Sigma rules, plus validation of VamiReverse's AI-assisted analysis pipeline
- Product demos, proofs of concept and expert advice in first calls – as the technical counterpart alongside sales
- Create expert content for content marketing and social media: blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn posts and short demo videos
- Host webinars and give talks at conferences and events, and contribute to outreach campaigns
Your profile
- Several years of experience in reverse engineering or malware analysis
- In-depth knowledge of x86/x64 and ARM assembly, operating system internals and obfuscation techniques
- You enjoy explaining complex topics clearly – to clients, in webinars and on stage
- Excellent German (at least C1) and good English – confident presenting in both
- A plus: GREM or OSED, CTF experience and experience with articles, social media (e.g. LinkedIn) or pre-sales
