IT Security Engineer & Evangelist (m/f/d) – Penetration Testing & AI Red Teaming

You test applications, networks and AI systems like an attacker – and you make the topic visible: in webinars, talks, articles and conversations with prospects. The focus stays on the technical work.
Your responsibilities
- Penetration tests of web applications, APIs, cloud environments and Active Directory, plus pentests of AI applications and agents
- Steer and validate agentic pentests with VamiRedteam – human in the loop, every finding with a proof of concept
- Product demos, proofs of concept and expert advice in first calls – as the technical counterpart alongside sales
- Create expert content for content marketing and social media: blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn posts and short demo videos
- Host webinars and give talks at conferences and events, and contribute to outreach campaigns
Your profile
- Several years of experience in penetration testing or red teaming
- In-depth knowledge of web and API security, Active Directory and common attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK)
- You enjoy explaining complex topics clearly – to clients, in webinars and on stage
- Excellent German (at least C1) and good English – confident presenting in both
- A plus: OSCP, OSEP or OSWE and experience with live hacking demos, articles, social media (e.g. LinkedIn) or pre-sales
